This year, we were delighted to welcome Natalie back from maternity leave and have been impressed with how quickly she has settled back in despite how much the markets have changed since her time off!

The Bridgend team has done exceptionally well from a business development perspective and have maximised cross selling clients to our many divisions. It has been great to see our business ethos, working together, come to life.

Another fantastic achievement was the retention of multiple large contracts despite a change in office structure, as well as the wider challenges encountered this year. This speaks volumes about the level of service delivered by the team.

The team have also managed to secure numerous temporary to permanent opportunities, allowing candidates to gain not only work experience but to progress in their careers also.
