The year of 2020 has not been an easy one, but our Caerphilly Team have gone from strength to strength, topping the Vibe Recruit league table consistently throughout the year. 

When the COVID crisis hit the UK in March of this year, our Caerphilly team took on and successfully ran a major contract. The months following were hugely demanding as the pandemic worsened but the team remained focused and continued to meet the contracts demand going from 4 people required in March to the 80 people currently employed there.

In addition to servicing our existing clients, Jordan reached out to lapsed clients offering our expertise at a difficult time. He managed to win back some substantial business which is not only a great result but testament to our reputation.

The Caerphilly team have managed to quadruple the number of temps they have out between March and November proving that staying positive and focused really does pay off.

Our Trades team have also bucked the trend this year. With the addition of a new recruitment consultant in April, the team has gone from strength to strength, expanding its reach further into the trades and labour sector. Figures have grown exponentially throughout a tough year, especially for the construction industry.
