Our Cwmbran team have worked tirelessly this year and have kept a positive attitude no matter what came their way. With consistent high feedback from both clients and candidates, it is clear that their energy and commitment has not gone unnoticed.

The Industrial team saw rapid growth, doubling their temp numbers within 3 months. They really focused on growing their client base and have secured 5 new clients despite the uncertainty caused by the pandemic and multiple lockdowns, a fantastic achievement.

In addition, the team renewed contracts with clients who have previously worked with Vibe showing a huge amount of trust from these businesses to allow Vibe to support them during this challenging period.

A highlight for the branch was hearing our very own Recruitment Consultant, Jade, appearing on BBC Radio discussing unemployment levels and the job market outlook across Wales. She was a complete natural!

The Driving Division gained a new team member in the latter part of the year who has already been received well by clients and candidates alike. Their focus is ending the year with a strong client base and expanding the division into 2021.

A similar story for both our Permanent and sales teams, both of which have seen steady growth despite uncertainty in the market. They have kept in close contact with clients, advising them where relevant and reassuring them that we are on hand to help should they need it.
