Our branches and the teams that work in them are critical to the success of our business, but our operations and accounts teams are the glue that hold everything together.

We really could not do what we do without them and this year has been exceptionally demanding for both departments.

Our Operations Manager, Christine keeps the company functioning smoothly on a daily basis, dealing with all operational, personnel and administrative support for the business. Chris is very much the ‘Oracle’ here at Vibe.  If there is anything we need to have or anything we need to know, Chris is the person to ask.  Nothing is ever to much trouble; she is always approachable and genuinely looks after the whole of the Vibe Tribe.

Our Accounts and Payroll Manager Laura is based in our Cwmbran Headquarters, but her work affects every single member of staff. She works relentlessly to ensure all our temps are paid correctly and on time. She has recently returned to her role from maternity and got stuck in straight away, completely unphased by the volume of work or the impacts of the pandemic on her processes. 

Credit Controller Rach is a vital member of the Vibe Team who works tirelessly to ensure that anything to do with the finances of the business runs efficiently. Nothing is ever too much to ask of her. She is often faced with challenges, but her resilience and unquestionable knowledge ensures she always overcomes whatever is thrown her way.

Thank you to the three of you, you have kept us going under the most demanding circumstances and you have also kept us smiling!
