As part of our future growth strategy, we are happy to announce that Jade Caldwell will be moving into an operational role, as Operations Support Executive.

Jade has worked with Vibe Recruit since the inception of the business, working her way up from Recruitment Consultant to a Senior Consultant and will now be supporting Vibe and our teams from an operational perspective.

Jade will be working closely alongside our Accounts and Payroll Manager Laura Morgan who said:

“I’m really pleased to be working with Jade as she has such a good work ethic, she’s reliable and is such a positive person to be around.  I feel we work well together, and it’s a massive benefit to us that Jade has experience in both front and back office. Her understanding of how the business works from all sides has allowed her to hit the ground running.

She has always been a highly thought of member of the team which has meant a smooth transition into being able to support all of our branches. I’m looking forward to seeing her grow into her role fully.”

Jade added: “Having always been interested in learning the operational side of the business, I was thrilled to be offered the opportunity within Vibe to transition to our Operations Team.

With a wealth of recruitment experience, a passion for staff well-being and supporting the future of Vibe, I am looking forward to progressing in my new role.”

Appointing someone with Jade’s experience and enthusiasm to learn will be key to achieving our ambitious growth plans in the coming months. We are still working through unprecedented times so having the right people in place within the business is more important than ever.
