Eve joined our Swansea branch 4 weeks ago as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and has already been making an impact having made her first placement already!

This is Eve’s first experience working in the recruitment industry and she’s taken to it like a complete natural. Her ability to pick things up quickly and being agile in order to adapt to the different needs of our clients and candidates is a sign that she is going to have a successful career in the industry.

She told us: “I’m really enjoying how varied the role is and all the new aspects that I’m learning along the way. I can’t wait to start getting out there and meeting the clients soon.

It’s the best feeling telling someone they’ve got the role and telling a client their offer has been accepted. The team have been so supportive, and I feel that this is just the beginning of an exciting journey with Vibe.”
