Following significant expansion into the South of England at the start of the year, Vibe Recruit are strengthening their team in Oxford with two key appointments.

With a strong presence in South Wales, Vibe’s goal is to now establish their reputation in the South of England and bringing experienced talent into the team is central to this strategy.

Graeme Passau will join the business as Regional Director, whilst Ash Bland has been appointed as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.

Originally from New Zealand, Graeme has established an enviable recruitment career in the 30 years he has been in Oxfordshire. Initially starting a technical and engineering division with an independent agency, Graeme grew it to be the largest in the region and in turn was promoted to Director.

His knowledge of the Oxfordshire market, the specialist businesses it is home to and the people within those organisations is second to none.

Ash Bland joins Vibe Recruit with 4 years of industrial recruitment experience, particularly in managing high volume client accounts. He has built a reputation locally for customer care and service for both clients and candidates alike. 

Ash will be based in Vibe’s Bicester branch and will play a major role in building a portfolio of clients within the region and ensuring they are serviced to the high standards that the Vibe brand is known for.
