2 Shift Production Operative

Vibe Recruit are currently working with a leading British manufacturer of quality metal ceilings and bespoke architectural metalwork in the Bridgend area. They design and supply commercial ceilings and interiors and produce suspended ceilings for a vast range of spaces, for all matter of public and private clients across the world. Their acoustic suspended ceilings provide effective solutions for commercial buildings with high quality materials and class leading design.

We are looking for experienced production staff who have previous experience with hand tools, on a range of assembly lines, and can work in a fast paced busy environment. Some of the roles may also include heavy lifting.

The role will be Monday to Friday on a 2 shift pattern.

One week on a morning shift, 6am-2pm, followed by an afternoon shift, 2pm-10pm. Candidates will need to be flexible to cover both shifts.

The rate of pay is £10.90 per hour with a 10% shifts allowance on mornings (£11.99ph) and 18% shift allowance on afternoons (£12.86ph) .

All applicants will need to attend a registration and onsite induction. This is an ongoing role which could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
