Job Description

Vibe Recruit's client, based in Newport, is looking to appoint a part-time admin assistant to join their team.

Salary: £12 per hour

Flexible days/hours to suit (approx. 21 hours per week)

Duties to include:

  • Basic administrative duties, such as answering the telephone and booking appointments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post
  • Monitoring stationery and office supplies
  • Company secretarial duties using Inform Direct
  • Contacting HMRC and clients with general enquiries
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new clients
  • Basic Xero data entry for monthly book keeping clients
  • Basic Xero data entry for Self Assessment clients
