Job Description

My client is a leading manufacturer within Wales, and they are looking for an Aftersales Coordinator
to support their busy Production Team. This is an administrative role, so candidates must have office administration experience.

Role: Aftersales Coordinator
Area: Carmarthen
Salary: Circa £20,000
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 9 to 5
Full Time Permanent

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manages correspondence by answering emails
- Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
- Arranges engineers daily route
- Logs service calls in to the database
- Reacts to urgent calls
- Orders parts required for engineer to complete calls
- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed


Desirable skills:
Prior Office Experience Preferred
Strong Attention to Detail
Excellent Time Management Skills
Strong Prioritisation and Organisation Skills
Ability to Handle Confidential Information
Strong Record Keeping Skills; Presentation Skills
Ability to Multitask
