Applications Project Leader

To lead and assist a Project team to deliver eBusiness services. Changes and delivery of service include rolling out new systems. Changes are delivered through ITIL framework and Prince 2 methodology.

Main Responsibilities

• Work with the businesses or with the Model and Service strategy team, as appropriate to capture and deliver proposals for application services in line with Business strategy
• Follow Prince 2 methodology from initiation to sign off and transition
• Advise the Project Manager of any deviations from the plan and the solutions, recommend corrective actions, and help to prepare any appropriate Exception Plans
• Handle communication and training/document packages
• Coordinate tasks delivery with partners and outsourced teams
• Analysis and resolution of incidents, changes and problems when appropriate
• To act as Service owner as well as guide and assist service owner within the team
• Meet governance requirements and comply with SOX and ISO/ITIL framework procedures

Minimum Qualifications required:

• Degree or equivalent - Information Technology
