Assembly and Inspection Operative

Vibe Recruit are currently looking for Assembly & Production Inspector operatives within the Bridgend area. To join a well-established company who are specialist manufacturers and suppliers of mobility and rehabilitation products.

The Role

The ideal candidate will have experience within the manufacturing industry and worked previously won an assembly line or within an assembly role. Previous experience dealing with aluminium and carbon fibre products would be advantageous but not essential. As this role can be physical due to the need to lift various sized items, the ideal candidate will need to be physically fit.

Key Responsibility

• Assembly of various products

• Packing of products

• Inspection of all components before assembly

• Quality inspection of finished goods

• Completion of relevant paperwork

• Maintain a tidy and safe work area at all times

• All other ad-hoc duties as instructed by either the shift supervisor or team leader.

Key Attributes

• Working knowledge of manufacturing and production procedures

• Health and Safety experience

• Good time-keeping

• Strong communication skills

• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

For the right candidate this will be a 12 week temp to perm position.
