Assembly Operative

Due to continued growth and customer demand, a leading specialist equipment manufacturer in Abingdon is looking for skilled Assembly Operatives to join their team.

You'll be working as part of a small, dedicated group, producing both standard and bespoke products with a strong focus on quality and service.

What you'll be doing:

• Wiring systems and products from electrical drawings and instructions

• Mechanical build and assembly of components and final systems

• Using hand and power tools for assembly and disassembly

• Ensuring high attention to detail and accuracy throughout

What we're looking for:

• Previous assembly experience

• Basic wiring and hand soldering skills (ideal)

• Confident using hand and power tools

• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions

• A team player who can also work independently

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
