Assembly Operative

Vibe Recruit are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to work for our client MS-RT based in Mamhilad.

You will be working within a fantastic manufacturing environment and be trained to a high degree to be retained on a long-term basis. Due to the scale of the production increase the hirer is offering a fantastic opportunity to the right candidates.

The role:

• To produce, assemble and install parts to the highest standards, following Standard Operating Procedures
• Quality checking and highlight any concerns in the process
• Completion of process documentation
• Follow process and protocols to ensure effective parts are produced
• Individual responsibility for production of quality parts within your section through management of and compliance with quality systems
• Ensure high standards of housekeeping and hygiene are always maintained and ideally working to 5S manufacturing standards as a minimum
• Undertake any other reasonable tasks as requested by your manager

The ideal candidate must have:

• Experience of working within a production/assembly position the role is hands on
• Worked within targets and tight deadlines
• Ability to work as a team member or as a standalone person
• Proactive outlook to ensuring own and hirer needs are met
• Ideally an automotive background but not essential
• Car driver preferred due to location - parking available on site

Rate of pay:

£11.06 per hour

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday - Day Shift
