Assembly Operatives

Vibe Recruit are hiring Assembly Operatives to join a busy production facility based in Buckingham. Our client is one of the UK's leading suppliers of specialised timber products and due to company growth are looking to expand their team.

This is a temporary 12 week role with the opportunity to turn permanent for some who has a positive attitude and is keen to learn new skills.

Duties Include - but not limited to

• Use of handheld tools and machinery
• The assembly of timber products
• Ensure products are manufactured to quality requirements
• Stacking pallets
• Take control and run assigned area
• Comply with Health and Safety procedures

Full training is provided.

The right candidate will

• Be able to work in a physically demanding environment
• Work well with others and as an individual
• Previous experience in a production or construction environment is a bonus

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 5:00pm
Friday 7:30am- 11:30 am

This role is a temp role with the possibility of going on a perm contract after 12 week.
Candidates who complete 12 weeks and are taken on Perm get an increase in pay to £12 per hour, along with the ability to earn a production bonus.
The company will also train you on the the auto machines as your career progresses.
