Role - Production Operative, automotive

Rate of Pay - £11.08 - £12.52 per hour, pay increments every 26 weeks

Job Description
The hirer has a requirement for Production Operatives in Llanelli.
You will be required to work as part of a team preparing and assembling a range of automotive products.
Candidates will need to have the following experience
Previous production experience
Working shift patterns
Manufacturing or Engineering background
Work as a team and own initiative

Candidates must be able to work in a safe manner in accordance with company health and safety information using protective clothing and equipment where indicated and required.

Candidates need to be flexible to work a number of shifts as due to business needs shift patterns can change the most common is 3 shift which is AM (6am 2pm), PM (2pm 10pm) and Nights (10pm 6am) but there are 2 shift patterns of days and nights and also days only (rare).

The jobholder will need to show initiative, enthusiasm and possess good manual dexterity.
Different rates of pay depending on shift pattern.
Prior to start an induction is required and the Induction will comprise of: -
Completion of Vibe Recruit's paperwork
Client Induction and H & S induction
Drug & Alcohol Testing
