We're excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Branch Manager to join the dynamic team of our esteemed client, located in Rhoose. Our client, a renowned builders merchant, is offering a rare chance to become a key player in their operations, with the potential for permanent placement for the ideal candidate.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time, with potential for Temp to Perm transition.
  • Salary: £26.500
  • Schedule: 42.5 hours per week (M-F 7:30 to 4:30)
  • Occasional weekends may be required.

About the Role:

  • Oversee and manage all branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Efficiently process orders and invoices to maintain operational flow.
  • Uphold a superior standard of Customer Service at all times.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity is advantageous.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks, capable of managing multiple responsibilities with precision.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with keen attention to detail.
