We are recruiting for an Automotive Sales Progressor to join a well-known brand with a state-of-the-art showroom and over 40 years experience showcasing commercial vehicle sales.

Automotive Sales Progressor Benefits:

• Salary up to £30,000 p/a
• Monday to Friday 40 hours per week. (No weekends)

Automotive Sales Progressor Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the progression of sold vehicle orders from point of order to pre handover.
• Booking of sold vehicle PDI, dealer fit work & communicate to sales admin teams.
• Co-ordination of pre delivery contractor work required in line with customer delivery date.
• Strict & structured progressing & chasing of vehicles through body builder schedules – with focus on ensuring delays are minimised.
• Focus on dealer stocking charges – working in line with stocking allowance and provisions made for stocking.
• Use of dealer reporting to identify delays and escalate as required.
• Rectification of damage and subsequent claims.
• Used vehicle inspection programme.
• Liaise on defects & authorisation.
• Co-ordinated approach with sales technician.
• Schedule work with paint shop, tyres, dents
• Progress vehicle from arrival to advertising in a timely manner
• Work with driver team to book any vehicle movements, body builder or transfer collection. 

Automotive Sales Progressor Experience & Skills required:

• Previous experience in motor industry is essential
• Strong administration knowledge to include proficient IT skills including Excel.
• Strong self-organisational skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
• Excellent Communication skills.
