If you're an experienced Business Development Manager looking for your next career move then this role may be of interest to you.

My client based in Swansea are looking for a driven and motivated Business Development Manager who has experience in sales & account management.

You will need to be a customer focused, enthusiastic and energetic person who has excellent rapport building skills.

Using your creativity and individuality, your role will be to secure and develop new business opportunities into stable accounts with strong relationships via several methods. With both inbound leads and outbound activity you will be able to gather opportunities and build and maintain client rapport.

Your role will include:

• Taking ownership of creating and managing new client relationships, whilst working closely with the Sales Director

• Managing incoming enquiries

• Dealing with existing and potential clients via email, video meeting, and telephone

• Generate additional enquiries through outbound sales activity

• Seeking and pursuing cross selling activity

• Maintaining CRM systems
