Up to £40,000 DOE
Cardiff, Full-time office based
Monday- Friday only

One of our successful clients based in the heart of Cardiff city centre is now seeking a Business Systems Coordinator to join their team due to business growth. You will be a part of a Projects Team in the IT department, however no formal IT qualification is necessary, just a desire to learn quickly and be a part of a fast moving team.

The role is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes.

Business Systems Coordinator -Main Duties
-Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues
-Document existing and new systems showing details of processes, decision points, information and data flow and any connections to other systems including data entry or exit points
-Provide coherent information to decision makers in the business regarding the viability and practicability of potential business systems
-Negotiate and control costs for business solutions with external suppliers
-Manage and control the implementation of business systems
-Provide support to the business in relevant areas: train users, allocate resources, resolve problems
