Buyer - Based in Magor - Permanent Role

Excellent base salary + quarterly bonus, pension etc

Hours: Monday to Friday / 7:30am to 5.00pm

VibeRecruit is working on behalf of a leading agricultural services company that are a premier manufacturer of hybrid & natural pitches across South Wales & beyond.

They have built a reputation over the past 50 years for delivering end-product excellence; including bespoke construction & maintenance techniques which have set them apart from the competition.

Due to increased business gains they are currently seeking an experienced Buyer from a construction background to join their existing team based in Magor.

Demonstrated experience of buying / procuring construction materials is essential (including tarmac, stone, agricultural products etc), as well as qualifying & maintaining strong relationships with building merchants and other key suppliers.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for establishing & maintaining supply chain agreements (including monitoring delivery schedules, reviewing tenders and negotiating pricing).

The role will be predominantly office based however candidates may be required to travel offsite occasionally (full clean UK driving license & access to own vehicle essential).
