Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Vibe Recruit's client is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their Sales Team, generating new opportunities. With a wide target market, this role offers excellent potential to achieve incentive-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update CRM systems with accurate records.
Generate leads through research, calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understanding client needs, budgets, and timelines.
Build strong relationships to drive new and repeat business.
Book and hand over qualified meetings to the Business Development team.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align strategies.
What We're Looking For
Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal).
Resilient, proactive, and comfortable with outbound activity.
Organised, detail-focused, and a team player.
1-2 years' experience in an SDR or similar sales role (sector experience a bonus but not essential).
Proven success in prospecting and CRM management.
The Offer
Salary: £28,000 + 10% quarterly performance bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
