Vibe recruit are currently seeking a Claims Handler to join an award winning customer focused company based in Abingdon in Oxfordshire. Full training and supervision is provided in this role.
Key Accountabilities:
- Providing email and telephone based advice and support to customer's within agreed service levels.
- Raising purchase orders
- Investigating queries
- Updating weekly reports
- Handling complaints
Essential skills and attributes;
- Confident in dealing with calls both inbound and outbound
- Empathetic and calm nature
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent prioritising skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service skills
What can you expect from the company:
- No weekend working
- Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week
