Commercial Lease Negotiator

Then we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a Commercial Lease Negotiator to join an expanding property team based in Cardiff.

You will be responsible for negotiating new leases and lease renewals across the retail store estate.

Commercial Lease Negotiator Responsibilities:

• Negotiating lease terms and conditions with landlords.
• Maintaining strong relationships with landlords, contract holders, and other stakeholders.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and provide informed recommendations.
• Staying up to date with industry regulations.
• Delivering excellent customer service.
• General administration duties.

Commercial Lease Negotiator Experience / Skills:

• Be target driven and money motivated, with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance goals.
• Have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with both landlords and colleagues.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Have a professional and personable disposition.
• Have prior experience in sales or negotiations.
• Previous experience in Property preferable but not essential.
