My client, who are a well-established, well-recognized and well-respected company based in Fforestfach are seeking a new team member to join their customer service team in the role Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis to support with quotations and estimations.

This is a lovely opportunity to be part of a really good natured team.

As a Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for creating and compiling quotations on behalf of the sales team in a time efficient manner.

You will be required to deal with customers from time to time over the phone and via email, and potentially support other members in the team with sales support needs however this role is a largely back office administrative role.

Whilst you may not know the product fully, the ability to learn & understand about my clients' products and how to correctly specify & price appropriate solutions is paramount.

In order to be successful in the role you will need:

  • High accuracy & attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills, especially Excel.
  • Efficient, dedicated, hard-working
  • It would be advantageous if you have worked within an environment where you would have been exposed to build materials and specifications.

This is a full-time, permanent position Mon-Fri, 40-hour week.

This is an office-based role, which is permanent, with Monday to Friday working hours no weekends and a competitive salary.

This is a role for someone who is hardworking, flexible and has a positive can-do attitude.
