Customer Service Administrator
Job description
Vibe Recruit is recruiting for a Customer Services Administrator on behalf of a leading manufacturing client in Blackwood.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional to join a busy team, supporting customers and internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Location: Blackwood
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
- Liaise with Planning, Logistics, Production, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order information.
- Produce customer reports and provide regular updates on order status.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify process improvements.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or account administration experience, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using CRM, ERP, or order management systems.
- SAP experience would be advantageous.
- Manufacturing industry experience is desirable but not essential.
