Customer Service Advisor

A recognised market leader in their sector, now has a need for an additional Customer Service Advisor, to join their small and professional customer service team.

Duties

• To review and process Customer orders
• To respond positively to all requests from Customers
• To prioritise and process all work within a reasonable time frame
• To liaise with the Company’s Customers by telephone and in writing
• To review and process incoming orders ensuring quantities and pricing is correct
• To respond to enquiries about the delivery of products
• Offer additional or alternative products to the customer as and when applicable
• Build customer relationships by taking ownership of calls and ensuring the customers needs are always met or exceeded.
• Manage data entry via the CRM System

 Skills & Experience

• Previous Customer Service experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Accuracy in work and attention to detail is essential
• Computer literate – including SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• Calm, organised and able to work in a Team
• Willingness to “go the extra mile” for every customer
• Any previous knowledge of building or DIY products would be an advantage, but full training will be given to ensure a detailed knowledge, of the company products
