Customer Service Advisor - South Oxfordshire - £21,000

Role: Customer Service Advisor

Hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 5.30pm)

Type: Contract (3-6-months) - Office based

Location: South Oxfordshire/Abingdon

Salary: £21,000

About the role:

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their welcoming team in assisting customers on the company's luxurious products providing knowledge and expertise. This role includes being a brand ambassador for this prestigious company while maintaining and delivering a first-class customer experience.

It is a fixed term role which could potentially go permanent for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a brand ambassador for the company by communicating in line with the brands values - full training will be provided
  • Manage any customer concerns and complaints within company SLAs
  • Take a proactive approach to upsell products and provide expertise and knowledge supporting the customer service team
  • Meet SLA target for email response, email resolution and customer satisfaction rating
  • Responding to all customer service queries via phone, live chat and email politely, quickly and efficiently
  • Using sound judgement and making decisions within established procedures for each service request to maximise customer satisfaction
  • Handling each transaction to full completion - keeping the customer and other internal departments informed at all times
  • Logging customer service queries and reporting to the business within agreed timeframes
  • Managing and accurately entering data associated with customer orders
  • Support the international team on sample requests
  • Improving customer service procedures and taking responsibility of yearly objectives

Experience:

  • Customer Service experience in either call centre/retail environment
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills - using initiative and prioritising
