As a Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for the following:

• Respond to routine internal and customer queries on delivery times

• Resolve queries quickly and efficiently within the proscribed timescale reporting back to line manager and customer service manager.

• Communicate and liaise with production team leaders to arrange the dispatching of products

• Loading containers

• Present at regular production meetings

• Performing a range of activities to facilitate the timely and accurate export and shipment of products, packages, and documents.

What you will require to be successful:

• Strong administration skills

• Forklift licence essential

• Good IT skills especially Excel with experience of Microsoft D365 desirable
