Cardiff, up to £60,000

As an Estates Surveyor, you will:
-Undertake the property management of a portfolio of shops
-Monitor lease key dates and undertake rent reviews and lease renewals in a timely manner
-Negotiate consents and permissions from 3rd parties (Landlords etc) and resolve any disputes between Landlords and Tenants
-Ensure landlord lease obligations are met, particularly in relation to repairs
-To understand the commercial objectives of the company and to have a flexible approach to the working hours and a willingness to travel the UK
-To take responsibility for the management of non-operational premises, including vacant properties, void spaces and commercial and residential sub-tenants
-To be able to make and implement own decisions, balancing risks against benefits for the Company's long term financial objectives
-Take responsibility for securing refunds or overpayments from third parties and ensure Landlord invoices are accurate

What are we looking for in you?
-You will have experience in a similar role and a good knowledge of commercial leases
-Great negotiation skills and confident approach to manage a diverse portfolio of businesses
-Previous experience in a retail environment with a hands on approach
-Flexibility to adapt to change in a fast-paced retail
