Our client is an award-winning manufacturer currently recruiting an Expeditor to join their growing team due to business growth. Main purpose of the role is facilitating the flow of work and materials between and within internal departments.

As an Expeditor, you will:
-Ensure optimal delivery of supplier materials and working closely with internal teams within supply chain.
-Supporting purchasing team with order processing
-Negotiating with suppliers and building strong working relationships
-Attend production meetings
-Manage purchase order backlog and assist with purchase orders entries and purchase administration
-Run OTD reports
-Visit suppliers as requested

What are we looking for in you?
-Previous experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment in a similar role
-Experience of planning tools (ERP/MRP and vendor management)
-Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
-Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
