Facility Maintenance Technician

£28,600 + company pension, life assurance, training and development & additional benefits

Cardiff ( days regular - Flexi time )

Are you an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician on the look out for a rewarding, varied and interesting role with an international Manufacturer in Cardiff? We are currently looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician to join the Facility Engineering Team who will be responsible for providing first line response to site help desk requests, breakdowns, repairs and maintenance of site facilities and buildings. The role will also ensure routine inspections and maintenance are carried out in a safe manner and facilities are maintained in compliance with regulations.

As Facilities Maintenance Technician you will:

- Complete and record monthly compliance inspections.

- Liaise, support, and assist on-site contractors.

- Assist and support site improvement and installation projects.

- Conduct PAT testing inspections and maintain records through relevant database.

- Manage spare stock inventory.

What we are looking for:

- Extensive experience with a building maintenance engineering background

- Experience in general building maintenance including plumbing, painting, and carpentry.

- Experience with fire alarm and sprinkler systems.
