Field Sales Executive
Job description
Do you have 3+ years of experience in B2B field sales and a background in industrial services such as coatings, steel, fabrication, logistics, or fixings?
Vibe Recruit's client based in Bridgend is looking to recruit an experienced Field Sales Executive. This is a full time, permanent role.

As an experienced Field Sales Executive, you will be able to confidently adapt to a varied customer base to suit each individual customer. You will maximise every opportunity, converting enquiries into sales and furthering relationships with existing customers.
Your Role:
As a Field Sales Executive, your main focus will be to generate appointments and prospect new opportunities to drive sales in a target-driven environment. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Find and qualify potential leads, then plan, book, and attend customer meetings
- Plan strategically, forecast, and price major works, including negotiating prices for repeat projects
- Stay up to date with market trends and opportunities
- Work closely with other departments within the business and the wider Group
- Manage accounts, building relationships with both new and existing clients
- Keep the customer database up-to-date
Experience needed:
- At least 2 years of experience in direct or B2B sales
- Background in industrial services (coatings, steel, fabrication, logistics, fixings, etc.)
- Outgoing and confident building relationships with customers
- Motivated by hitting targets
- Comfortable speaking with decision-makers
