General Operative

Vibe Recruit are currently recruiting for Packing Operators to work with our client based on Pen Y Fan Pond, in Blackwood.

The client is a world leader in serving science and is expanding due to rapid growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful award - winning manufacturer.

All new employees will work a probation period under Vibe Recruit after a successful 12-week probation employees transfer to contract.

Rate of pay: £11.14 per hour./ Overtime paid at £16.71 during the week and £19.50 on weekends!

Weekly pay.

Hours of work: Rotating shift pattern of 7 shifts per fortnight, see shift example below.

• Days 7am - 7pm
• Nights 7pm - 7am

Monday 7am-7pm,

Tuesday 7pm-7am,

Wednesday OFF

Thursday OFF

Friday 7am-7pm

Saturday 7am-7pm

Sunday 7am-7pm

WEEK 2:

Monday OFF

Tuesday OFF

Wednesday 7pm-7am

Thursday 7pm-7am

Friday OFF

Saturday OFF

Sunday OFF

Duties of the role will include:

· Packing the product following specification.

· Inspecting products for faults.

· Monitoring machinery.

· Labelling and recording information.

· Filling in job sheets and product sheets.

· Working to the highest levels of health and safety.

*Previous packing experience isn't an issue as full training is provided via the company.
