A fantastic opportunity is now available for an enthusiastic individual to join a forward-thinking company, with strong growth plans.

In addition to their new manufacturing facility in Banbury, the company operates several offshore sales & technical support offices worldwide.

Duties

• Responsible for the receipt of all items from suppliers.
• Visual inspection and quality control of mechanical and electrical parts and components
• Creating and updating picking lists and KITs
• Stores and Stock Control
• Product labelling
• Receiving of goods from production and ensuring effective storage.
• Picking for manufacture
• Work closely with a team of colleagues in production, test and QA
• Assist with stock takes as required.
• Using an integrated MRP system (SAP Business One)
• Dealing directly with suppliers

Personal profile

• Previous Goods-in, Stores and general logistics experience
• Previous goods-in inspection or Engineering Stores experience highly desirable
• Good attention to detail required
• Good communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent numeracy skills
• Good MRP system knowledge.
