We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join an industry leading, employer of choice in Newport. As a Grinding Machine Operator you will be responsible for operating finishing machines.

Additional responsibilities:

- Ensuring that components are finished accordingly to the quality standards / process documents

- Inspecting parts before and after processing to ensure preceding operations have been carried out correctly

- Becoming familiar with and be committed to a a right first time approach to all tasks carried out

- Using your previous experience of operating manual Cylindrical, and Surface grinding machines

- Being able to use measuring equipment and read engineering drawings effectively
