Head Chef

An excellent opportunity is now available with our prestigious client looking for a Head Chef.
Our client is a privately owned Hotel with a fantastic kitchen and facility.

This position will require you to take control of all functions of the Kitchen, leading a team of
Chefs to ensure service and functions are done as efficiently as possible.

As the head chef you will be responsible for (and not limited to)

Duties

* Managing a Busy team

* Setting staff Rota

* Health safety and hygiene management
* Training new staff
* Sorting seasonal Menus
* Stocking control, ordering stock for the kitchen
* Servicing at a high standard

Our client is looking for an expreinced Head Chef who is able to lead by example, and maintain a high standard of Food Service to ensure the continoued success of the facility.
Salary is dependent on experience and can be discussed at Interview Stage. This position will require you to be on site and manage the team in the kichen and ensuring that everything is covered,
but also working earlies, mids and dinner service.

To be successful
* Experience in leading and kitchen team / Managing a kitchen
* Strong cooking skills
* Great organisation
* Knowledge and qualifactions in Health and Safety and Food Hygiene,
