We are recruiting for a Health and Safety Officer to work for an industry leading manufacturer in Neath. As Health and Safety Officer you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being of employees while fostering a culture of safety and compliance.

As Health and Safety Officer you will:

• Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety practices, ensuring a high level of awareness and compliance.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, producing detailed reports and recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure the organisation remains compliant with all relevant health and safety legislation.
