Job Description

Are you looking for a part time HR Administrator position? Do you have previous HR experience? We are recruiting for a part time HR Administrator for a 1 year fixed term contract. You must be available to work :18 hours a week - Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (days and hours of work are negotiable). Minimum of 5 hours per day. Hybrid working is available after training period.

As HR Administrator you will:

  • Keep personnel records up to date
  • Prepare new starter induction packs and documentation
  • Deal with HR queries
  • Assist with reference checks
  • Support the HR team with general administrative duties

As HR Administrator you will be :

  • Self-motivated
  • Organised, conscientious, and hard-working
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to work as part of a successful team
  • Good IT skills using Excel
  • Candidates with previous HR experience is extremely desirable but not essential
