We are currently recruiting for an HR Advisor to join a well established firm in Neath to support with an increased workload due to a recent acquisition and significant growth. This is a great opportunity that could potentially lead to a more long term position.

As HR Advisor you will:

- Use your strong administrative skills when dealing with onboarding, recruitment screening, absence management and processing of new starters

- Showcase your accuracy when updating employee records, supporting with payroll, managing probationary periods and getting involved with day to day HR activities

- Be involved in disciplinaries, investigations, training and exit interviews

As mentioned, this is initially a 3 month role with a possibility of permanent employment.
