HR Advisor - Based in Wolverhampton - Permanent Role

VibeRecruit is working with an award-winning light steel frame design & construction company who are industry leaders operating across the residential & commercial sectors respectively.

Due to operational requirements they are currently seeking a CIPD qualified HR Advisor to support the HR function across the business; including processing new starters, movers & leavers, as well as carrying out the payroll function.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for handling any HR queries including reference requests, policy queries, administrative tasks and reporting back to the HR Manager on a daily basis.

There is also an additional development angle to this role as the company is keen to encourage the successful candidate to move into the health & safety side, eventually pursuing a NEBOSH General Certificate to further assist the business, as well as upskill the individual.

Previous experience of working within a fast-paced HR department would be advantageous.
