We are currently recruiting for an HR Manager for a flexible, part time position at a forward thinking, global company in Cwmbran. The beauty of this role is that is can fit around your existing commitments. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who can commit to 2-3 days a week with flexible start and finish times.

As HR Manager you will:

- Use your HR experience to full advantage when organising recruitment, training, employee development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

- Showcase your people skills when maintaining workplace culture, resolving conflict and designing specific workplace policies

- Demonstrate strong organisational skills when human resource planning and monitoring ongoing employee performance

- Be familiar with employment law and be able to make common sense decisions in a varied, ever changing working environment
