We are currently recruiting for a Hygiene Team Leader for one of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team.

Main Duties:

• Carry out Team Briefing at the start of each shift, ensuring KPIs are discussed and issues resolved.
• Responsible for the line being ready to commence manufacturing at the start of the shift and run in accordance with standard run rates, including pre-startup checks and reporting any labor issues immediately to the Shift Manager.
• Work constructively with all departments including Food Safety & Quality, Engineering, NPD, HR & H&S.
• Maintain Health, Safety, Hygiene, and food quality standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations.
