We are currently recruiting for a Leadership Development Manager to join one of Wales' largest employers on an exciting year long fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity to put your stamp on many different departments in a rewarding role where you will be coaching and training their leaders of tomorrow.

As Leadership Development Manager you will:

• Develop and implement learning and development interventions including workshops, training sessions, active learning sets, group or individual coaching to support development of the management teams

• Drive a self-learning culture in management teams and an appetite for growth with managers and their teams through acting as an ambassador and change agent for learning and development

• Identify, design and evaluate professional "best in class" learning & development initiatives, in order to meet the developing needs of the business, following a blended learning model

• Lead on the delivery of our engagement sessions with the Senior Leaders population

• Manage the internal digital learning programme including the promotion and usage

• Develop stakeholder relationships and regular proactive meetings to ensure open communication and expectations throughout programmes and other associated projects
