Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 DOE

Location: Bicester

Shifts: Sunday to Wednesday

Wednesday to Saturday

Due to ongoing expansion and exciting future plans, our client is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have come from a manufacturing environment and have excellent trouble shooting skills while being able to work independently.

You will work closely with the Production Management team to ensure KPI targets are achieved and SLA standards are maintained.

The position will involve a 4-day working week, 10-hour days with potential call out support when necessary.

Please note that training will be provided.

Requirements:

• Be highly motivated and have excellent decision-making skills.
• Communicate with other team members progress and status reports at handover.
• The ability to read electrical schematics and diagnose and repair faults.
• Performing minor/major mechanical repairs, predictive and preventive maintenance of the equipment.
• Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager you will be a key member of the team.
