This really is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join an ambitious and forward-thinking business working within a niche market.

My client whose headquarters are in Bath are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

As the Company Marketing Manager, working alongside the external Creative & Marketing Agency, you will play a crucial role in implementing marketing strategies that will strengthen the brand, generate leads, and support the global business growth.

As a Marketing Manager you will be required to:

·Take complex technical products and translate them into user-friendly collateral, making the benefits and features accessible and understandable to a wide and varied audience.

·Working alongside and taking direction from internal stakeholders, developing and executing marketing campaigns aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.

·Effectively communicate between internal stakeholders, acting as a go-between the Company and the external Creative & Marketing Agency to develop marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand and Sales and Marketing goals.

·Working alongside the external Creative & Marketing Agency overseeing the creation of high-quality content, including website content, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, to educate and engage the target audience.

·Working alongside the external Creative & Marketing Agency leading digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media management, and pay-per-click advertising, to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

·Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

·Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and other industry events. Coordinate logistics, create relevant collateral, and generate post-event reports.

The role is hybrid, and you will be required to attend the office in Bath at least 2 days a week.
