Vibe Recruit are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator for our client in the Bridgend area. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires strong clerical skills, excellent phone etiquette, and proficiency in various office software. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, providing excellent phone etiquette to clients and colleagues.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve overall productivity.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours - 9:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. 30mins Lunch break.
