Part-Time Administrative Officer
Job description
Vibe Recruit are looking for an experienced Administrative Officer to support our client's in Mamhilad, within a busy Housing & Communities setting. This is a part-time temporary position requiring strong organisational and IT skills.
Location: Mamhilad Technology Park, Mamhilad
Contract: Temporary cover until 11 March 2026
Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday morning, working 18.5 hours per week.
Salary: £24,343.75 - £25,625.00
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support
Maintain accurate digital and manual records.
Handle telephone and digital enquiries from applicants and tenants.
Liaise with internal teams and external agencies.
Assist with managing housing queues and data.
Provide occasional cover across the wider directorate.
Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Ability to learn new IT systems.
Minimum 2 years' administrative experience.
GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.
Strong organisation and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
Good customer service skills.
