Are you an experienced Payroll Clerk looking to join an expanding business based in Cardiff?

Payroll Clerk Benefits:

  • Up to £28,000 pa.
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm office based.
  • 20 days plus bank holidays.

Payroll Clerk Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Check electronic starter/leaver/change forms received from branches and manual forms from Head Office.
  • Upload weekly/monthly hours from branches.
  • Calculate and process SSP/SMP/SPP/SAP.
  • Download and check Tax Codes/Student loans from the Inland Revenue.
  • Check and enter P46/P45 tax forms.
  • Complete benefit forms / mortgage references.
  • Deal with monthly payroll of 6,000 colleagues.
  • Process data to strict timetable deadlines ensuring that all data received in payroll is accurate and ready for uploading.
  • General administration duties.
