Vibe Recruit is seeking Production Administrator for one of our manufacturing clients based in Port Talbot priding itself on low staff turnover and friendly working environment with opportunities to progress to join their fast-paced administration team. The role involves working with office and production teams to co-ordinate administration and logistic of orders throughout production.

Production Administrator - Main Duties
-Providing general office administration, such as order entry, maintenance of spreadsheets/electronic files & report preparation
-Administration of allocated customer accounts and building rapport
-Providing a high standard of customer service via email and telephone
-Liaising with teams throughout the organisation to ensure the efficient co-ordination of orders through production and providing updates to customers.

What are we looking for in you?
-Experience in office administration, preferably within a production environment
-Good team player with strong work ethic
-Great attention to details and strong communication skills

Hours of work:
Week 1
Monday to Thursday: 7:30AM 5:30PM, early finish on Friday
Week 2
Monday to Thursday: 7:30AM 5:30PM, Friday off
